I was born Chattanooga. I have spent some time in Virginia and Georgia, but have lived in Chattanoogaa off and on my whole life.

Previous work

Kristin Burrus has 25 years of experience in public education developing and facilitating problem-based learning and design thinking units for elementary, middle, and high school students integrating digital fabrication into content classes. She provides professional development and support for teachers. She is the Innovation Program Manager and Lead Teacher at the Global Center for Digital Innovation (GCDI), the first K-14 educational Fab Lab in the USA.
