1. Maker culture in education

Maker culture in education is a teaching and learning philosophy that emphasizes handson, project based learning, where students create, design, experiment, and build things.

Advantage

  • Hands on projects increase student motivation and learning skils..
  • Builds critical thinking, creativity, problem solving, and technical skills.
  • Prepares students for future jobs.

I feel that children these days need to do things not just solve tasks on paper or play a video game. If I think back, we kids were making our own toys and our rooms didn’t look like toy shops.
